The Alera DV Cruiser is the easy and affordable way to capture analog video and convert to CD and DVD-ready formats on your computer. Simply plug the DV Cruiser into the computer via a USB 2.0 cable, connect the audio/video cable from DV Cruiser to your analog video source (VCR, TV, camcorder, etc.), and capture your video via the included Intervideo WinDVD Creator 2 Platinum Edition software. Footage is converted to MPEG 1, 2, 4 or DivX which can then be edited and output to VCD or DVD.
