Kingston's 512MB MultiMediaCard Plus (MMCPlus) is based on the latest MultiMediaCard (MMC) system specification version 4.0. This new standard offers a 5-fold improvement in performance over the previous MMC standard. With support for many digital cameras and mobile device designs, this 512MB MMCPlus storage card operates at faster clock speeds and supports wider bus-widths (x1, x4, x8 bit) to enable more data intensive content. It is also backwards-compatible with previous MMC standard host devices.
